Hi, everyone! Just a quick reminder that now is the time to be starting your spring veggie crops. (I myself have started 5 flats and have more to plant!) It's such a joy to see those little seedlings break the soil surface--especially on a dark, dismal day! Good things to plant now are: Swiss Chard, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, and lettuce mixes, Kale--basically any of the cool-season and cole crops. These can also be sown directly into the soil, but I like to give them a head start inside. And, besides, it's FUN!!!

Happy planting!
